Qiao Zhiqiang is co-founder and managing partner of Shen Yong Law Firm. He was educated at Southwest University of Political Science and Law and Tsinghua University. For more than seventeen years he has advised corporate clients on operating decisions, transactions and disputes.
At Wanda, Agile Group, Yifeng Pharmacy and peer listed companies, he was responsible for legal affairs, policy research and investment management. He is familiar with both government-facing and business-to-business negotiations, and combines legal work with enterprise management experience. In disputes, he has led litigation exceeding RMB 1 billion in amount in dispute. In M&A and financing, he has led or taken part in several hundred investment and acquisition projects.
